So I'm in a case study for at home gender prediction tests. This is what the test indicated. The second half will be the ultrasound to see if we can confirm if it's correct. This company states that the accuracy is supposed to be 99% so we'll see.

Baseball cards...if only it were that easy. Well, biologically, I have one boy and one girl already. I also have 4 stepsons and two stepdaughters.

lmao There will be no next time. I'm done after this one. Yes, you pee in the cup (has to be your first morning pee just like a pregnancy test recommends) and then you add the hormonal reagent, swirl it and then wait 2 minutes and read. Red or orange means boy and green or yellow means girl. lol It supposedly has a 99% accuracy rate at 14 weeks pregnant. But you can take it as early as 10 weeks with an 89% accuracy rate. I chose to wait to the 14 week marker. Guess we'll find out just how accurate this was for me in about 6 weeks when I have my ultrasound!

Nah, she already chose to name him Ru. It's unfortunate but such is life.

Can you take another one? I'd take a few and see if they all come out the same....
I could but those would be out of pocket and at 35.00 a piece I think I'll just wait for the ultrasound to confirm because insurance covers it. Either way I will be happy. We already have names picked out. My husband is the one who is being specific. He doesn't believe that the test is correct and that it's a girl. He's adiment about that.

As much as I love the name Scott, my husband and I decided on Tristan for a boy. Ru isn't an option Pez. lol Reminds me of two things.... a rou for gravy and Roo from Whinnie the Pooh. lol
If the baby is a girl, the name will be Madeline.
Confirmation will be made at the ultrasound.

I was referring to Ruaround.
I really like the name Tristan. It's a cool name. It's hard to find a name that is unique but still has a nice ring to it. I like Madeline too, don't get me wrong lol. Kudos to you guys!

its wrong.....its a girlby!

The pink camo told me so

So maybe I should set up a poll for everyone to guess what the baby is about a week before the ultrasound and we can all have fun in guessing.

Sounds like a plan. I'll set it up here in about 5 weeks so everyone has a chance to guess and the answer will be revealed the day of the ultrasound.

Regardless of the test, it's still a 50/50 chance.
Does your husband want a girl?

Oh I know that Pez. I've had two children already. This was something I thought would be fun and constructive for the company and for others. It doesn't matter to me one way or the other. My husband wants another girl soo bad he can't even see straight.

Yeah. It's amazing at how they can do everything in the world to tell you that your baby will be one or the other and then the baby is still a surprise. It does happen.
