I have a long established large LTA anemone and two orange clowns
the clowns are very protective of course.
Can I ad a black clown?
If not, can I add another LTA or bubble anemone in my 90 gal with one or two black clowns?
thanks

OK, excuse me for reposting. I cannot believe that my question is so out of the ordinary that nobody has an answer! LOL
Please help.
Thanks

If you were to try this, I can't see a real problem, be ready for some warfare until the new clowns learn to stay away from the old ones.
I would add the second anemone before the new fish in this case.
Now the real problem comes in where will the new nem set up house? Ideally you would desire it to be on the opposite end of the tank from the other but knowing these critters it will find its own sweet spot.
The next problem being in how to ensure the new fish will spot the new nem and fall in symbiotic love with each other.
Seems you could accomplish some of this with a divider in the tank to keep one group on one side and the other on the other side. Like one of these gizmos.

Something I have learned as well is to add a pair. A single seems to be more likely to want to pair up and will be seen as a threat and most likely be killed. A pair will be more likely to establish a territory of their own and once the scuffle of power is over, live peacefully, like Spanko stated.

This is (IMO & IME) a very "iffy" area. Some paired clowns will not tolerate any other clowns, period. They are more territorial than aggressive, but can easily claim an entire 90 gal tank as their territory. Smaller species of clowns like Percs or Ocellaris may do well, but may not. Mated Maroons, Tomatoes, and other large Clowns will almost never allow new clowns in the same tank.
