Anemone and Colt Coral

Will my anemone and Colt sting each other? My anemone has recently found a home close to the Colt- they both seem fine now but I am concerned about the long run. Any thoughts?

this just happened to me yesterday
except it is more of a coral tree and a long tentacle anenome
The anenome stung teh #$-% out of the coral tree, even almost 24 hours later, the branch that the anenome was touching is still sucked upand shrivled

They've touched each other but nothing has happened- yet. It seems no matter how far away I move the colt it finds a way to get back to the anemone.

honestly what are thinking putting those anemones in a tank with corals? I mean yes some are fine such as a flowering anemone they dont move, but ahhhhh you never know what an anemone will do they can get up one day and sting everything in its path.

mine sticks with the sand and my corals are all safe on rocks
the coral tree onlu got stung bc I moved it in a bad locations and one of the branches was leaning over. I have since them moved it to a safer location

Is it a BTA? IME mine has been stung by other corals, but never stung back. Not an aggressive species of anemones at all if you ask me.

SC- The anemone is in my tank in an effort to save it's life!!! My dad's tank crashed about three weeks ago- everything died except the anemone. I understand the situation- everything is closley monitored in an effort to stop any potential stings until my dad's tank is back up and running. Until then, I am doing my best to save both the anemone and Colt- that's why I need to know if they can/will sting each other!!!
FYI- after moving them both to seperate sides of the tank last night, I woke up to find the colt coral right next to the anemone! It's as if he's "stretching" to be by him!!!

I'd jsut be scared to put an anemone in a tank with corals, I mean I do have a flowering anemone in mine. I'm just kinda sketchy on anemones.
