Anemone floating around

I just got a long tentacle anemone with some really nice greens in it.
Since I put it in it refuses to anchor anywhere, just floats all over. Is this normal? My original one always anchors wherever i put it, I think its called a zebra anemone, but Im not sure, havnt found much info on it.
Should I anchor it down somehow? Or allow it to float all over?

dont force it to stay. i have a rose ann. and he did the same thing untill i rearranged the rock in my tank depends all on the ann. my bulb ann. will anchor anywhere. some just like to be able to hide their base comletely.
