I suggest a search on white sebae or bleached anemone before you decide to purchase one.
White is not good, but it seems that during collection many of the sebae tend to loose there zooxanthellae, this makes them rather unhealthy from the start.

I have the exact same question. I have a perc and I was told that a bubble tip or long tentacle would be good, and that the bubble was easier to care for than some anemones. Is this true?

The bubble tip is easier to care for IMO, IME. However percs and ocellaris do not host with them in the wild but seem to in the home aquarium. My Ocellaris didn't have any problem taking to my BTA's.
