Anemone not attaching to anything

I've this Long Tentacle Anemone for about a month now and it has yet to attach to anything. Will it survive? What can I do to make it attach to the rocks or substrate (CC)?

what kinda lighting do you have, and what are your water peramiter's. what the aneneme is doing is trying to find a good spot. if everything is alright in your tank, he should not be moving
