anemone question its an easy one

I had a long tentacle anemone and also a green bubble tip anemone. Apparently when they are health and have alge growin in them which is there food source they turn an ugly brown color. Some one help me out and verify that this is fact and that I didnt just make it up.
So my question is, what anemone will not turn that ugly brown color under strong lighting?
I want an anemone that a clown will host and will look good not turn an ugly color. Thanks!!

yes that is true and when they loose that they become bleached
mine was actaully a little bit bleached when i bought it, and its since gotten dark brown, but mine has green tips and a green shade over all the tentacles and it looks pretty IMO i have a LTA and my clowns wont host it yet :(
