First off lighting is only a very small part of the anemone equasion, second all anemones move unless you want them to, then they refuse to move, third if you tried to glue an anemone you would kill it.
Things you should look at, the size of you tank...your going to need a small anemone in a 30, hopefully you have heaters gaurds and sponges over all your intakes to ensure that the anemone does not harm itself if it startsd exploring. You will also need strong random currents. Your system also needs to be aged and stable(I would say 6 months or more) so if that is the case, then maybe look into a tank breed BTA, they tend to wnader only till they find their happy spot.
