anemone spat out a brown goo

yesterday, my anemone spat out this brown goo. The anemone at this moment, is fully open and fine but I just couldn't let the "brown goo" go unnoticed.
Also, my anemone's few tips are white. This might be telling me that its not getting enough light?

I would guess that the brown goo is the undigested remains of a meal. Anemones don't have an *ahem* anus, so what goes in the mouth also comes out the mouth.
White tips could be a symptom of not enough light, too much light, or that the anemone is warring with a neighbor. Also, it may just be the anemone.
