Thanks guys.. I dont take much into flaming on boards like these I just found it quite unnecessary.. iand besides, ts kinda pointless fighting over the internet.. whatever happened to face to face confrontations? lol
Anyway...
The smoke that was coming off of him wasnt the usual slimey waste that I seen. This would come off and dissapate into the tank. I'm watching him every so often today and havent seen that.
BUT.
This one is new with him.
When I turned the lights on this am, I noticed he was morphing himself around. When he flipped over, I noticed a few things that looked like bubbles with green on the top. I'll take a pic and post it. Could he just be reproducing?? He has quite a few of them coming off of him.
He was getting along great with the one red anemone, they'd even bump up against each other and the clownfish would swim through them both like a huge tunnel.
I loved how he looked before I added the tube anemone. I'm really regretting getting them at all. I just couldnt believe what happened overnight. I dont like seeing him like this. I didnt intend on putting something in the tank and something go wrong. I wanted him to flourish like he has been.
As for feeding it. That has to be the oddest thing I have EVER seen. They grab it right off of the stick. Course, watching my plate coral eat and open his mouth was quite the scene too!
I have been reading a lot today.. kids father have them so I have time to catch up on this. It is a huge learning experience and I honestly dont think you can learn enough about this. There is so much information that one day wont give me enough time
Also.. what is the general consensus on moray eels? NO IM NOT ADDING IT TO THAT TANK From what I gathered they're not that diffcult to keep. We're considering getting a 100 gal and wanted to know from personal experiences on the morays. More specifically the Zebra Moray. If they're not a good idea just let me know and I'll consider something else.
Thanks once again guys
