Well it may not like the lighting...anemones really need much better lighting like metal halides

There really isn't anything to do....some...(a few) anemones will survive under pc's...it has happened...remember I said A FEW
you never told me what type of anemone it is?
Is it still not attaching? is it extended?

i got it at around 12 today.
LOL...you haven't even had it 12 hours yet
Leave it be.....sometimes they wander before they decide where they want to plant their foot
WHATEVER YOU DO...DO NOT try to position it....you will only stress it out and then it will surely die

My first anemone was a gbta and it floated around and never found a spot, barely opened up, closed, and then died. I think it was unhealthy when I bought it.
If it's mouth is opened and it smells, it is dead. GBTAs need good lighting too. Open up the hood and smell the water. Leave it alone for a few weeks to let it adjust. Then, you can think about moving it to a better spot. If you mess with it now, it will get stressed and die.
