bought a anemone to go with the clown fish last week-the anemone was doing fine all week - today it just sort of went back into its base. it is a cream color with green tips.
what is going on? This is our first anemone. want to get this right before we get some more.

Is it in your 90 gallon?
What type of lights and how many watts do you have?
How long has the tank been setup for?

ultra fr40 - 2 actnic white hi bulbs then 2 bulbs the same as white
then we have 2 thin bulbs a white and a blue
we use those for dawn and twilight
and the others are on about 8 hours
the tank has been set up about 2 months we bought it from somebody used the existing water, sand, rocks etc.
have a blue hippo tang, one angel, 2 clown fish and one butterfly fish
we just lost 2 cardinal fish in a short period of time
