yesterday i got an anemone from a friend ,he's had it in his breeder tank for quite a while .it's on and has been on a old power head for a while.(which hasn't been running ,it's broken) i have it hanging inn the tank just above some lr .how can i get this off the power head? my other ?is i got 4 clowns from him at the same time .they've been accepted by all except my flameback angel do you think in time the angel will back off?? thanx in advance...walt

Put the power head on the rock and it might move on its own. they will move to a spot in the tank that suites them. As for the angel and the clowns I don't know, I am pretty sure those angels are peacefull and in time it should all work out, but you could try a small mirror attached to the glass to distract the angel for a few days. Also the clowns will start to fight especially if one pair starts hosting somthing, the dominant pair will attack the other pair.

all 4 clowns are hanging together as a group. my buddies pair had something like 400 eggs which i'm told almost all were hatched . they all came from the same litter so i'm hoping they will all get along.as far as the anemone i just set it closer to a piece of lr we'll see what happens, thanks for your response...walt

Cool, just watch the clowns as they get older in a large tank this is sometimes not that big of a problem, Also the only way the anenome can move is to fall off the power head or climb onto a rock if the power head is on it.

thanx for the replies.the anemone is now on a rock. but that pesky flameback angel is still making life hard for the clowns.suppose to be an easy and accepting fish from what i've read .i must have a retard or something
. oh well hopefully he'll mello out.
