I have a biocube 14 and was wondering about if the stock lighting would be good enough for an anemone...
Or if I needed to have better lighting for one..

In a tank that size I wouldn't put an anemone in it anyway...they are fish eaters, and in a tank tha size any fish will be hard pressed to stay out of its way.
