anemones and corol, can they live together?

I was told Corols like Frog spawn, Torch, Hammer, and mostly leather corol should not be kept with Anemones. The guy seemed to know what he was talking about but I have never heard this before. His reasoning was the Anemones and the corol will start chemical warfare on each other. I have been having problems with my tank and he mentioned this as one reason.

Some anenomes are aggressive and will sting corals just as the corals may sting - I would not call this "chemical warfare" but you may want to check on the compatability of the specific anenomes that you have. Include the size tank in which they are being housed also.

My tank is 100 gallon. one carpet anemone, one seabae, one bubble tip. leather coral, torch, frog spawn, hammer and bubble coral

do u run carbon? running carbon will help a bit w any chemical the anemone or leather might release into the water. 2 different species of anemone in one tank is never a good idea. try getting rid of one and see if the problem persists.
