just got him, he is huge but wont come out from under the rock bright green with purple dots on the end should i move him?

who knows up to the anemone. but handling them to much can sometimes cause them to deteriorate especially if constantly placed in an area not to their liking.

Leave it alone. It will come out when it's ready. It needs to get acclimated to it's new home and lighting. If you move it and it does not like where you put it, it will keep moving until it feels comfortable. If it is still moving make sure you have all your intakes and powerheads covered so it don't get sucked in.
