Anemones

I have a anemones that was tanish in color for around 6 months in my tank that also has a clownfish , flame angel and a tang. It recently split and the color has remained white for 3 weeks now. Are they sick or is this just normal behaviour

What kind of lights do you have?

if your anemone is white it is bleached and if it split it is probably stressed.
pics would be a help also; what kind of anemone- tank size-what kind of lights(need t5 or Mh)- water params- do you spot feed it?
