anemones?

None unless your upgrading the lights and filtration to support them. A stock bio-cube is not going to support any anemones..........

Real T5HO lighting or the "T5s" that came with it? the stock stuff is really power compacts, they like to call those things T5s everywhere but the USA.
I'm sure if you kept the frogspawn near the top you could pull it off, its a pretty undemanding lps... just don't let water conditions get too too bad or let calcium become nonexistent haha.

Isn't there some sort of retrofit light mod to get some better lights in the tank?
EDIT: yeah saw 4 different ones on nanotuners.

mini carpet anemone?
Mini carpet would work but it wont host any clown species. LPS although are often used can be killed by an overly aggressive clown rubbing in it to hard. But for your application its prob your best alternative.

do your clowns get black burns spots on them from the frogspawn stings?
They did get the black burns at first... I even saw one of the clowns tweak out when he got stung lol it was pretty funny. They eventually get used to the stings and mine don't get the black spots anymore.
here's a video of my babies in their frogspawn! =)

You won't have any problems with a RMS to have a frogspawn. I even have monti caps in mine and the light is powerful enough for them.
