Anemones

You don't need to put an anemone in a 14g biocube. Sorry. 55g MINIMUM on EXPERT level care. You may be able to get an anemone and it last three to six months, but it will DIE. There is NO LONG TERM care for an anemone in a 14g tank. You will basically KILL it INTENTIONALLY after reading this post.
The one anemone that regularly hosts ocellaris percula is H. Magnifica anemones, which get about 12 to 18" in diameter, require a high amount of light and a high amount of food, which is absolutely unsustainable in such a small aquarium.
For a small tank like what you have I would recommend a shimp and goby pair. There are several YouTube videos which you should watch. They make interesting pairs.

What SnakeBlitz said is a bit rough but there is nothing in his post that I am able to disagree with.

I also had that same problem I am either going to have two ocellaris or two percula and I want an anemone in the 29 gallon biocube ..... If you really cannot have one in that size tank then what other corals will want to host the clowns?

How big do those get because I also like the look of the torch coral it kind of looks like an anemone....how hardy are the green hairy shrooms

Most of the Mushrooms in my picture were 3 - 4" across, some as large as 6". They are incredibly hardy.
