Just don't force feed the anemone. It will let go if it isn't hungry...if proper lighting is provided, feeding may not be needed at all...or at least very rarely.
Hmm...how can I say this without being rude, insensitive, vulger, and prejudice?
I'll just come out with it.
Anemones require a lot of research and the fact that you spelled anemone incorrectly leads me to believe that you may not have researched them enough. Maybe you should get on that and make sure that your tank is mature enough and has enough light for one. Or maybe you have a slight reading problem and know everything there is to know about anemones. I didn't want to turn a common misspelling into you know nothing about them. The evil reefing side of my brain just wanted what was best for the anemone I guess.
