wiht that question i have to assume you are fairly new to the hobby, so my advice si to leave the anemone be, they are not needed for clowns, and are very delicate creatures, which i have seen very few people who are ready for them, most experienced hobbyists cannot keep them for long, this is FACT not opinion only, they are not easy to keep and have high demads which most cannot accomidate, their mortality rate in aquariums is nearly 100%(defintiely over 99), many wil argue with me, but they do not live nearly as long as they should even if you hear that soandso kept one for 6 months or even a year(this is no where near a good amount of time wiht anemones)
IMO, these beautiful creatures should be left in the wild, where they can live
