Anenome Got Hurt!! Will It Survive??

I came home ready to watch the Super Bowl and noticed my anenome had wandered around the tank as usual, sticking itself to the side of the glass a lot.
Well, this time somehow it go stuck to the "intake" of one of my pumps, a RIO 600. I carefully pried it loose and it dropped to the bottom, where is swelled up. A couple of spots look torn where it was stuck to the intake? Will it survive? Or should I get rid of it and get another?

many have survived this type of accident, just keep an eye on him. if he starts to "melt" and is dieing you need to remove him asap.

My BTA about the size of a small saucer has scared me with this trick now twice. After first time I covered the power head with a sponge filter like media. He some how came at it again at the very top and I pulled him off. He reminds me of the moth character from Bugs Life...I can't help it... as he's flies into the light. He has survived both times. Be careful for fungus. I used Marinemax both times and he's survived. I now have formed a barricade of LR around the power head and have a sponge like media filter covering it

Ok, this guy wants to commit suicide. Today when the lights were turned on, he was in the same spot, again stuck on the power head.....????????????

a good idea would be to turn the powerhead off before "prying" the poor guy from his apparently favorite rush. it seems that it might help from creating more damage. of course if you've already done this that's good. i just think simple sometimes.
