Anenome problems

My tank: Born dec. 25, 2003
55 gal.
about 2 and a half to 3 inches of sand
atleast 55 lbs live rock
protein skimmer
fluval something or another... not looking at filter right now
1 atinic light
2 high powered... put it this way more than enough light (im not very good with knowing things about lights)
2 maroon clowns
1 tiger watchman goby
1 firefish goby
1 candy cane goby
1 blue hana goby
1 mandarin dragonet
1 cleaner shrimp
1 coral banded shrimp
1 tiger pistol shrimp
1 emerald crab
1 boxing crab

a hand full of hermits and snails
fairly big tree coral
2 types of xenia (one is pulsing xenia)
star polyps
orange tree sponge
1 green long tentacle anenome
no digital camera... errrr
(sorry for list just wanted not to leave any important detail out)
my green long tentacle anenome (thats what my LFS called it) and it has developed these little brown dots on it.... maybe the size of this letter....
o
they are lightish brown and are all over my anenome.
Any suggestions of what they are/ how to get rid of them?

I will however give you my first thought:
Something to do with your lights, you will need to be specific about them. I suspect that perhaps your anemone could be getting these dots because of, oh I don't know call it sunburn if you will, Inproper lighting might be causeing this condition. But I don't really know without knowing the specs on your lighting.
Soooo could you be more specific?

im not very good with specs like that... im good with knowing names of fish and stuff (like everyone here is)
its deffinately strong enough lighting... its the top of the line lighting i have 2 normal lights and 1 atinic light and the atinics on for about 10 hours a day and the normal lights 8
