I would like to get an anenome(sp?) for my two percula clowns, what would a good one be and what are the requirements for it? Lighting, water quality and such. Thanks!!

Tank is a little over 2 months, but I wouldn't be getting it for another month or two. And right now lighting is just two 15 watts.

Nope, way not enough lighting. You need different kinds of bulbs too. You have normal output (NO), but that isn't powerfull enough. You'll need at least a couple hundred watts of power compacts (PC). VHO or metal halide (MH) Would be even better but costs more money. Check this site out:

15 watts would be a death sentance to any anemone.
I suggest you try for 380 watts or more.

if i was to keep my 250w 10,000K MH pendant but get a bigger tank (currently at 36), what would the max dimensions to have effective lighting for anemones, polyps, mushrooms and other "easy" corals?

Hard to say. You shouldn't really get too long of a tank with just 1 bulb, or else the ends may not get all that much light. Also, it will depend on how far away the anemone is from the bulb, and how deep it is. mushrooms would do all right under moderate-low lighting.

I figured my lighting wasn't enough, but when I checked out lights at the lfs the "coral life" ones were only 15 watts. Where do I find such high wattage?

You need a whole new fixture. Reread my first reply. You'll need power compacts, VHO, or metal halide. Go to Hellolights and check out the kinds of lights there.
