I would recommend a BTA or LTA for a 29g tank.
What type of light and how many watts? They are very important.

I like the BTA because it may be the hardiest but the LTA sits in the sand and is less likely to move around which is good for reef but they do get bigger. If you are looking for one because you want the whole anemone and clownfish relationship I would be sure not to get Tank Raised Percula Clowns because you get a 50/50 chance of them ever taking to it. Mine have not yet. If I was going to get an anemone I would look at the LTA w/a Pink Skunk Clown. It will jump right into it.

A lot of people underestimate the size of full grown BTA's however, they can grow to be a foot and a half also.

I know I have seen one at least 12 inches before. It was RBTA and it was big. I thought 12 inches was as big as they get.

It should be on the bulb.
Do you know what type of lights you have?
You have NO-Normal Output Flor., PC- Power Compacts flor., VHO - Very High Output Flor., T5's and MH lights.

Just let us know what writing is on the bulbs. If you have a standard plastic hood that came with the tank then chances are they are NO bulbs. If you don't see a ballast as large as a brick then you might have standard NO bulbs.
Jeeze I sound like that redneck guy.

okay i have a dual daylight light has 65 watts,
and a dual actinic light has 65 watts to so:
65+65= 130watts
oh yeah i got it right even though i'm bad at math!!

Well I can tell you this, I almost killed my BTA with 80 watts over a 55 until I bumped it up to 360 VHO. 80 to 130 isn't a very significant jump if you ask me.
I'm still confused about your lighting, that's 2 bulbs, but you are saying dual daylight and dual actinic? That kinda implies 2 of each bulb or am I confusing the issue?
130 watts is below what I personally would like to see over any anemone no matter how small the tank.
At this point I would suggest, you hold off and check on stronger, alternative lighting.
Just my opinion

I lost a Ritteri to a 75 watt MH over a 24 gallon when I started, before I knew any better. I have friends that have the 150 watt MH on their 24 gallon and their BTA and corals are great.
PS. Before anyone yells.....I know the Ritteri is too big for a 24gallon. I was moving it when it got bigger. Just didn't make it.
