can anyone let me know if this is normal for an anenome it's been in my tank 3days does this pic mean its still getting use to my tank or is it dying

all my parimeters are good doesn't feel sticky from touch of tenicales please let me know asap if i'm doing something wrong.

Anemones along with corals the are have photosynthetic species in them need stron lighting and specific water parameters...depending on these is whether or not you can keep one...as someone asked before what kind of lighting do you have? Powerr compacts and CFL's usually cannot sustain these ...needing something along the lines of either multiple power compacts (which a 3 or 4 bulb fixture) or a T5 multiple bulb fixture (2which bulbs min.)is or halides or leds...while all of these have some expense a T5 fixture is relatively inexpensive...
so...what exactly are your parameters and lighting?
