Anenomes and PC's

What is the best species of anenome to keep under Power Compact lighting. I have 96watt 6700k daylilght and 96watt ultra acintic. Any input would be great. Thanx

what sized tank do you have? i have a condi and a long tentacel anemone under 4x55 watt power compacts on my 55 gallon tank, but i would no get the long tentacle again because its kind of annoying

I have a 72 gallon Bow front tank. It has been running for nearly three years but I have never tried an anenome. I was told not to get one since i have an built in overflow. I have a gold striped maroon clown (1 month old) and a tomato clown (3 yrs old) that I would love to see host in an anenome.
