Anenomes with diatoms

my tank just got done cycling but it has brown algea can i get anenomes even though i have diatoms

Nope. Anemones need a well estblished tank, preferably at least a year old. They also need strong lighting, what kind do you have?

i have 4 65 watt lights with 4 truce actintics with moon lights

Usually anemonies don't do well under PC. What size tank is it?
As mentioned, if you have diatoms, then your water quality is not where it needs to be to keep anemonies. They require PERFECT water.
