BTW: if you dont think i an put anything under it i have a glass anenome that has been there for a while. if nothing else can go under what is that cheapest light that i can get to put stuff under?

Anemones are difficult to keep, even under the proper conditions. They will require strong amounts of lighting and a "perfect" environment. I would personally pass on the anemone, as very few survive in captivity.
If you don't mind me asking, is this anemone for a clownfish?

A glass anemone (Aiptasia) is a common pest and can survive in almost any tank, with almost any amount of lighting. Aiptasia is known for multiplying quickly and stinging other corals. I would recommend getting rid of the aiptasia either by enjecting it with kalkwasser, blasting it with boiling water, or scrubbing it off with a toothbrush.
