These are what I would prefer to have:
BUTTERFLIES (can you have more than 1 in a tank?)
Raccoon
Reticulated
Saddleback
Threadfin
ANGELS (Would only have 1 Angel in tank)
Cream
Emperor
Flame
Rusty
Vermiculated

What size tank? This will be a factor in the species you select. A lot of butterflies will pick at anemones. The Raccoon is one of them. Sometimes, if kept well fed, they leave them alone but it's a gamble. Angels are a better bet, but again, some are tasters and will pick at just about anything. Much depends on the personality of the fish.

I said I would want 1 angel and maybe 1 or 2 butterflies. This would be for a 180g.
Other inhabitants would probably be 1 or 2 tangs, pair of clown fish, blenny, wrasse. Havent got the tank yet, just planning.

Rusty angels are prone to what I call sudden fish death syndrome. One day their fine, the next they're dead.
You can mix different genus' of angels, the Flame should be ok with the larger species.
There are very few butterflies, except known schoolers like Bannerfish, that can be kept together. There are also very few that won't pick at anemones.
Is this your first saltwater tank? With the exception of the Flame you've pick some difficult fish. Butterflies are all difficult.
