Thanks bonita. Unforunatly I cant get the flicker effect these have. It's a very nice effect. I almost like watching it at night as much as during the day.
I am very pleased with the progress of both these tanks. The 135 is very dinly lit. But its still very pretty. And coming along.

Thanks all!
I am really liking my 2 tanks these days.

Maxalman, the Monti cap has had many frags come off of it since I've had it. You can tell in the pics I've fragged off the front edge of it some, but there has been probably three times that amount that I have fragged off it. It's really getting too big for the tank, and as I now have a green and Idaho grape monti, I want to combine them into a single colony. But the grape one needs a little more growth before I start doing this. I have a teal stag I want to frag and place along with them when I do, it needs a lil more growth also before I go hacking on it.

Great looking tank! I love your picture of your tank with the moonlights. How were you able to take such a great shot with the moonlights on? Mine always come out so dark.

Thanks Lion! thats a great complement. My Canon Rebel did the job. It was shot with a exposure time of 3.2 seconds. Fstop of 5.6,ISO speed 1600, The white balance was set at a custom setting I dont remember, but isnt really relative to the pictures exposure. The truth is, I got this camera back in Dec. I think it was and am still trying to figure out howe to use it. But making progress.
I got some pics of the 135 today. I'll post 'em up.
Wanna test a few of them first to see if I need to resize them so there not huge.

I feed phyto and oyster eggs once a week, plus they get all the daily leftovers from the smorgasborg I feed the fish.
I've been taking pics all day long today, that fish wont stay still for nothin'. I finally got a few good burst shots of her up at the top of the tank. They all thought it was dinner time.

The moon lights are from wallyworld, in the automotive center. i have 2 on each tank. They dont last very long, but look real good and are cheap enough to replace every 6 mo's or so. They each have 3 spotlights that you can aim, 2 per tank, plug into a cigarette lighter. I used a two way splitter and an adjustable power supply to power them. Really they look even better than in the pic, with the flicker they give.
Heres a couple more of Anna

And another of my favorite fish.
