Back off on feeding, step up water changes & syphon out cyano when it is visible. Back off on lighting time for awhile. Get mexican & zebra turbo snails, black footed snails, nassarius snails, and red legged hermits[not scarlet].Get 1 fighting or persian conch. use a turkey baster to blow off rocks of leftover food & detritus every few days & before water changes. If cyano is present, syphon it out..even if it means adding back a bit more water than usual, until you get a handle on it. Increase water flow. Check nitrates, phosphates. Get alkalinity & PH to stabilize..along with CA. When you can go a week without it coming back real bad overnight you are making headway.
