Well here's one she had not experienced. Thy switched her meds around after her latest round of DR visits. Well last night I came home for lunch and she was jerking, coherent and everything. So I came home from work later that night, and her arm was jerking and her right eye would follow my finger but her left just crossed inward. This wasn't normal but just thought her body was getting use 2 her meds. 5 min later I camed down to lay in bed with her and she went into a grand mal sezuiere. She has never had a seiziure before. I have seen pleanty at my work, but I freaked out with her. Ambulance ride for her and a barage of tests later they told me it was probably one of her new med.
No good.

I'm really sorry to hear about your wife. She must be one strong person to deal with everything she has going on. You and my wife are in my prayers. I truly hope they can get her meds straightened out. I have seen people have seizures and it is terrifying.

It wasn't a fun weekend. She is way strong, but the seizuire scared her. She doesn't like the feeling of no control and not knowing. I have been witness to 40 + seizueis in my life cause of my work, so I know they re scarry. We appreciate all the prayers and thoughts we can get.
How is your wife doing today?
Multpal dr appointments today. She is with it better then she has been all wekend. This was a hard weekend! It was bad. Ever heard the saying, if its not one thing its another..... that feels like her life.

No seizures since the one, but she was experiencing tremors again tonight. I hope its not a pre-cursor for another seizure.
Stomach seems to be getting a little better also..... I hope

Just make sure she eats somethin..... Wat are tremors btw???
My cuz has seizures from being dropped on his head in a fight and its no joke....not only scares the person unfortunate to experience it but the ones who see it and feel for the person!
Hope the new meds work out!

Prob didn't clarify, she was having tremors prior to the seizure. Like her whole body would "Jump". I got some food in her, but I worried that if she seized that she could aspirate on the food.... I hope it doesn't happen that way.
I hope the meds work too. She was starting to get up 3 days before the seizure, for 4 hours during the day..... that was huge..... but since the seizure, she has been in bed all day again.
It drained her bad... and her mind is still foggy...

Man I feel for you and your wife and wish you the best. Long term health problems can really get you down, hang in there.

Hopefully the tremors are not a precursor this time and nothing more comes of them.
Glad to hear that she's making a little progress!

Yeah, I was worried with the tremmors, as we had never seen them before with her.
Also, it seems we live the one step forward, to 3 back, rule. but at least we accomplish a step forward!!!

Unfortunately, I know the feeling all to well of 3 steps back. It's hard to do, but you just have to cherish the one step forward, because once you're there, you know that it can happen and you can get there again.

Tremors still but no other seizure to date. Tremors have to med related but she doesn't want to hear that. She is working with a Dr to address the Fibro, so thats a positive thing. She has been up more with our kids and our family in general. I just wish she would address the tremors. I appreciate your concern BTL, your inquireys keep me positive.
