Another flow rate question

Im getting ready to start up my new tank.I noticed my tanks overflow is rated at 600 gph,the return pump my lfs sold me is a mag 9.5.My question is this gonna cause problems in my sump?(i.e suck the sump dry of water)due to my tanks overflow being 600.Another questoin is how do i figure out my turnover rate?I would like to keep a couple anemone's and some soft corals.

not a problem put a adjustable splitter on your return pump bck to the fuge/sump
