I know research before you buy........BUT I went to ***** to get the liquid coral food because the LFS closed early on Sunday and I didn't know it until I drove 45 mins there. While I was in there I went to check out the fish, they only are just starting up saltwater and only had a few. But they had this anenome in there for $5.99. It was not even close to the picture of the rock flower one on the tank but it was the only thing in the tank. So the lady said that it must be what it is and told me how you don't have to feed them and they can't really move its the water that pushes them because they are so slimmy. I didn't fall for that but figured they were going to kill it anyway not feeding it so I might as well try. What I can tell you about it is its about the size of golfball normaly but an exstend its tenticals about 5" in any direction. Its name is now french fry because its base is the color of McDonalds french fry containers and its tenticals acording to the 6 year olds look life french fries. There not yellow but more of a dirty white color. Its been in the tank for 3 days now and found a spot about 6" up the rock from the sand to burry its base in and hasen't moved. And loves mysis shrimp :)
The pic was taken under the blue night lights, I didn't want to confuse the fish by turnung the light on and not feeding them.

This thing can get all its tentacles completely inside itself, I thought something ate them all of and killed it ! I feed the tank and went to go get a tank top on to remove the base of it and when I came back it was wide open and looking for food.

yup thats what it is. Thanks!
Is it possible to over feed these guys? I read you should feed them a few times a week but I have been feeding them daily because when I feed the tank the all get big and hungry looking.
