Family of a 10 year old who saw the trainer drowned is suing. Wonder what the family of the trainer thinks about this?

I like this person's comments....

Hmmm...I think the kid should sue his PARENTS for bringing him there in the first place and making him witness a beautiful intelligent creature being held against his will and forced to perform tricks for him and his parents!

Riight. Let's sue someone for trauma. Think the family needs to read the back of their admission ticket. Sea World lawyers cover themselves with those disclosures just for this reason.

My thoughts are if you listen to what the parents say, that the boy watched as the whale swam around with the broken body bla bla bla. Why didn't they get their son out of there before he saw that? I wouldn't give them squat.

I would have jumped in the water and kicked that whales ass and become the biggest hero ever in my kid's eyes.

That's just the way I roll!!

The parents were too busy filming the whole incident to even worry about their kid seeing what was going on.

this is the problem with america. everyone is looking for a short and quick easy way to cash in on things. what happen to our american value? like hard work? we need to stop outsourcing jobs and supporting walmarts.

My wife has worked in the legal profession for over 2 decades, first for a defense firm and now for a litigation coordination company. You wouldn't believe the crap people will due over. A lot of what they did at the law firm was train hospitals on how to avoid being sued or insulating themselves from lawsuits. Almost none of it had anything to do with providing better care to the patients.
