another lighting question

I have 180 gallon, 6 feet long, 2 feet deep.
I currently have:
4 VHO, 4feet long, (not sure of the watts right now)
2 actinic blue, 4 feet long,(again with the watts)
Question: How many Metal Halides are recommended?
canopy is 12 inches in height
plan on all types of critters

May want to give everyone more than an hour to respond.
If you have 2 cross supports, I would go with 3 lights. Either 250s or 400s.

thank you. yes two black cross supports. do they really give off a shadow?
