-Lung Problems
-BLACK lungs
-Emphyzema
-Clogged arteries
-Heart Failure
-Heart ATTACKS
-Yellow Teeth
-Cavities
-Gum disease
-Lack of --- appeal due to bad taste and smell...
I think the last one is the worst:D
