OK...Until "very" recently I had seahorses in my 54g tank
...I no longer do....
SOOOO..I am thinking of doing something different...This is what is in it right now:
a firefish, 2 nemos, a 6line wrasse, 2 clown gobies, scooter blennie, lawnmower, mushrooms, ricordias, Umbrella mushroom, 2 featherdusters, yellow tree sponge, 3 peppermint shrimp, 1 porcelain crab, snails, kenya tree, gorgonians, polyps....
I was looking at a Flame Hawkfish...although it says it eats featherdusters..lol.
Was also looking at a dwarf lionfish, but will it eat my other fish...or just the clown gobies

I have been researching and reading on these, but would like some personal experiences
THANKS

All that stuff in there was seahorse compatible?????
I think the only thing questionable was the 6line...but I had it for a while, and it never bothers anything.....The crab is one that people keep with horses, and I have no stinging corals...

How did they ever get any food with all the competition in there???????
You'd be surprised...I have a large supply of pods,(I add every time I order too) fed mysis in their bowl 2x a day....what floated the others got, and I also put in a cube of brine for the others every morning....
I also have tossed in pellets and flakes periodically, and algae flakes too
Believe me.....I watched this tank A LOT....no one messed with anyone, or beat anyone up either....

You know I was thinking of changing my tank up for sea horses, then Bigun got so sick...now you lost Skinny...I am just going to oooh and awww over other peoples horses.
I am sooo sorry you lost Skinny after all you went through with Bigun. Since you already have more than just the one tank...I suggest you just look at it empty for a bit until you decide what you would really like to have.
You might decide to try horses again after you get past the tears, so don't jump into somthing different right away.

If I decide to do horses again, I am getting a different tank....This one was a set-up that I bought and was a reef tank...a lot of rock too.....If I do horses again, I don't want a bowfront, and will aquascape it totally different too....
