another tang question.

would like to get a couple of tangs and have heard on here and locally that as long as there aren't the same shape you can, so heres the two i would like, a yellow or purple, and a hippo. of course i know that the blue hippo needs lots and lots of room, would a 210 gal. be enough for them both? advice would be greatly appreciated as this is some more research before purchasing anything. thanks in advance to all that post

that would be more than enough for both of them. you could have a yellow, purple, and blue in there, with a lot of room to spare. are there any other tangs you wanted to get?

That sounds just right as long as it's not the Yellow and the Purple. They may squabble once in a while but Hippos are not territorial so they should do well together.

thanks guys as far as other tang not really but heres another question would a coral beauty and the emperior angel get along together with the tangs in the same tank? i have a coral beauty now and would like to get the other one aswell. what do you think?

The Coral beauty & the Tangs go fine. I'm not sure about the Angel and I'm not sure about two CB together.

If I read you correctly; you want to keep an Emperor with one coral beauty? Your tank is big enough and I think they'll be fine. I had a similar question about mixing dwarf and large angels a while back; I think the best advice was to just be sure they weren't the same size like a grown CB and a juvi Emperor. But I would guess they would just have some minor territorial squabbles that would be over in no time; angels usually do, IME.

yes just one CB and no on the corals just a bunch of LR and a few anenomes.does any one have the black LS on here and do you have pics if so i would love to see some, was thinking of getting it for the big tanks. i plan on remodeling my attic into the master bedroom with 2 210 gal tanks on each side of the stairs.
