Another Water Change Question

I have an established 90 gallon reef up.
Would it be better to do...
A 20 gallon water change 1X per month
A 10 Gallon water changes every other week
or
A 5 gallon water change once a week
It all works out the same but just curious...

As a maintainance I belive that the smaller more frequest changes would be better. But if you are trying to combat a certain nutrient, the larger the better. IMO

I generally do a 10% water change a week. But again, if you are battling something in your tank, you'd want to do more.

5-10% each week should be fine during normal times.
