Antenneta Lionfish ?'s

I have a few questions.
1. How big can a Antenneta Lionfish get ?
2. Does it usually stay on the bottom of the tank ? (Sand)

I had a pair for a while. They generally get around 7-8". Mine were both pretty active but can be a challenge to accept aquarium foods. Make sure you watch the one you want eat in front of you at the LFS before you bring it home.

Odd, mine ate prepared food from the start and quickly got to the point of eating out of my fingers. Guess it just depends on the individual.

it is normal for antenetta to hover near the sand. As long as it eats properly, i wouldn't worry
