Anthias and bright lights

Which anthias are best suited to a 125 with about 400 watts PC? I hear that they dont like bright lights

most of them are deep water species so they dont like bright light very much but i believe they will be ok under your lighting. Create a cave so that they can sometimes go under it when they want to run from the light or another thing

My independant research has told me that bartlett's, sunburst, squareback, and sometimes disbar anthias are the best choice for reefs, but squares get too big and i've heard that sunbursts are definitely finicky eaters. I just wanted to know if anyone else had them in reef systems?
