2-3 can be housed in a 75. just make sure to get the one that grows to no more than 5-6 inches.

They need to be kept in harems if you are going to get more than one. Your tank is not big enough for a harem. I have a 7 year old lyretail female and she is very very hardy. She lasted through a vacation tank crash where the tank was loaded with chloramines and then lived through a tank poisoning where even the bristleworms died. She's been in an inappropriate sized tank for a year. Mine nibbles on my finger and jumps in the food bowl... great fish.

Agreed with Cranberry, a single female Lyretail would be the best choice IMO. They are the hardiest anthias IMO, and are not easily intimidated. In fact, I would tend to recommend she be one of the last additions. The female lyretail in my parents temporary tank is not the least be affraid of a 6.5" Lunare wrasse (I definitely am for her though
).

anthias are close relatives to groupers and sometimes behavior can resemble that of one. they sometimes can be very aggressive bullys. usually not though. also, these fish can change their s ex. they are very good jumpers as well.
