Anthias in a 55?

I had one beautiful male Lyretail Anthias when I had my 90 gallon and he bullied my wrasses the same size as him to death and would not let the smaller fish eat. Did not bother the clowns or the blenny or the larger angelfish though. I don't think an anthias would be happy in a tank as small as 55 gallons. Checked a site that I buy fish from and it says minimum tank size for these fish is 125 gallons. I think mine did ok in the 90 gallon. I have a 190 gallon now and will not have another male Lyretail again even though I think they are beautiful because of the territorial agression toward smaller and same sized fish. Mine would chase other fish so they could not eat. Lesley
