Anti virus help needed

I need a fast, anti-virus scan. Can anyone tell me a good free one that I can do right now? I think i might have a trojan/keylogger. I have a mac ibook g4 if that helps

pcpitstop.com can scan and tell you if there is something there then you will have to get the cleaner if thats what you have.

None of those work on my computer. And mcaffee seems like its out to sign you up to all sorts of crud. Any more suggestions?

I've used AVG for years,, has caught/blocked several,, nothing has every got through.
