Any advice on shipping xenias?

Do xenias ship okay overnight? What about volume of water? plastic bags or thermos? Any tips? I am overgrown with pulsing xenia and need to trade off some soon. Thanks.

Just so you know, most fish stores will offer you a good deal of credit for a few of these on a rock.. they're hard to ship and lfs sell them so easily/quickly... they beg you to bring them in
