ANY "As seen on TV" items that you actually, Love, Use, and can vouch for?

we use the "Furminator" on all our pets. My word. I've never seen so much hair come off those guys EVER. Drastically reduces hairballs in the cats, and it extends the time between baths for my dog. not to mention it's a whole lot easier for my terribly allergic Father to come visit b/c there's less hair around. We take the crew out on to the balcony and about an hour later there is about 6animals worth of layin' there on the deck. AWE. SOME.

I bought a pet hair magnet the other day and I'm actually a little impressed, it gets the woven-in hairs of our American Bulldog out of the couch that even my Dyson
can't get! It is kind of hard on the wrist after using it on bigger areas but, no pain no gain! (FYI I paid $14 for it at the pet store and then saw it at Wal Mart for $10....still easier than ordering off the TV though!)

I did buy a "handheld sewing machine" off the TV when I was a kid, and boy did that thing suck! it was more like a "hand-held slightly dangerous knot maker"

I'm tempted to buy that mighty putty stuff that looks like frag putty that's on tv all the time, you know tjhe one where he replaces a link on a chain with it and it holds up? yeah. heh....man....it's a good thing salesmen rarely travel door to door anymore, I'll buy ANYTHING! :)

Magic putty, not only stops leaks instantly, sticks anywhere, and bonds anything to everything, IT IS STRONG ENOUGH TO PULL A FULL SIZED AIRPLANE!!! hahahaha

Well, the miracle knives suck!!
That's all I've ever ordered from TV. I had to try before I spent a ton of money on a new knife set.

But now I have a new knife set and a 13 year old who knows how to keep em sharp for me.

For the Magic Putty, go to Lowes or HD and buy some AquaMend. Identical crap. Didn't work for me, wouldn't even hold my rocks for aquaspacing up.

He sells "affordable" Health care now... LOL I can only imagine..
that magic putty looks a lot like reef putty if you ask me. I bought some of that stuff over a year ago it works well for adhering small pieces of rock with corals on them to larger pieces, while its in your tank. Not sure about all the other things its stated it can do.

That's funny, I thought it was the opposite. I use it EVERYDAY, but I use it in scolding hot water. My baby is 1 year and he is just beginning to eat with his hands. This means food all over everything. I put scolding hot water in the sink, rub the powder on the wet stain, and let it soak. Everything comes out, even blueberry and strawberry stains. I love it!

i wanna know about the sham wow too
I have the QVC knock-off version of the magic bullet. It is less expensive and comes with more stuff. I've had it for about 2 years now and it still works great. I am a QVC junky!

If anyone is interested, I can go look at what it is called. I don't want to walk all the way downstairs for nothing.

We got Sham Wow a month or so ago and that stuff is good. Also ordered the Sham mop (our house keeper likes using it.. so far used it 3 times) and the Sham auto waxer or what ever it is called should be coming in soon. It was on backorder.

He only runs it each time for 10 seconds or less (That is what they say)

yep! that's it! the most expensive grooming tool I've ever bought, but worth every single cent.
the one we have is blue, but I think the sizes are color coded, I got the biggest one I could b/c Roland is rather wide. LoL.

Just be careful, use it gently and ONLY IN THE DIRECTION OF HAIR GROWTH, otherwise it pinches the skin. (although, the same is true for most de-shedding tools). Enjoy!

(Now, I'm starting to sound like a spokes person!)
LoL. I actually bought it through the vet-hospital I was working at so we got a nice whole-saler discount - but it was STILL expensive.
...although...still worth it....
I'm a little bit of a freak about my animals being clean....
