Yeah, I guess. I just like so many different kinds and depends on what mood I'm in and what I'm drinking.

I finally found my elusive camera!!! Nothing special for my humi, but it works!!! Wow, I really need to dust that bad boy LOL!!!! Some friends brought me a box of the Yellow labeled Savanah Bulldogs from a trip to Savanah hence the stash of them on the right. They are actually quite tastey!!!! I am headin on a cruise this Thursday so I'll be pickin up some more Cubans. Shhh.... don't tell customs!!!!

The Toranos are a pretty good smoke. One cigar I really liked and one of the strongest I have ever smoked was called a Pirates Gold. You can get 40 for like $50. Never tried a Bulldog. They look interesting.

The Bulldogs are decent, especially considering I didnt pay for them!!!
I just finished one of the Ashton VSG's (under the Ghurka's is the pic). It was also a gift. I have never heard of them but it was a killer smoke. I'm saving this wrapper for sure to get em again!!

ever try a blondie... from acid? i like one of them every once in a while. all of the acid cigars are good. very flavorful and have a great smell when you smoke them. i also built my own humidor (when i smoked more often) i will have to get a photo.

make sure you dont pay cruise prices for the cubans! also check the rings for mis-printings and bleeding colors for fakes. also look to see that the part you would cut off is wrapped with three distinct lines. these lines are proof that it is a real cuban.
also, when you get them, remove the labels and the box so there is no proof they are from Havana, and they are just any other cigar, so customs has nothing on you.

saltn00b,
Are you talking about the cap itself having the lines? Can you post a picture? I don't have any cubans right now to check. I'm taking another cruise in Sept and will probably pick some up.
Oh, be careful taking off the bands and getting rid of the box. It does not fool the cuban cigar sniffing dogs.

lol yes i will take a pic when i get a chance.
some things about the dogs, they are there to sniff out drugs, not cigars. i have had boxes worht of cigars in an outer, accessible zipperered pocket on a piece of luggage and seen the dogs walk right past it. If the was just a fluke, which i doubt it was, then the dogs would sniff out all cigars, having no way to know or smell the difference, between cubans and other cigars. If by some chance they could, they have no way of communicating to the dog handler that is a cuban cigar, and not just another country's cigar. and, if after all of that, there is no proof because there would be nothing inciriminating saying Havana on it, if you had followed the above advice.
i have heard recently that you are allowed one box of cuban cigars through customs for personal use (not for resale)

I just picked up a couple Cubans in Mexico yesterday. I walked right by the cute little customs beagle this morning with no problem. I have never heard about a box of Cubans for Personal Use myself. The customs documentation on the ship said Cuban Cigars are not permitted into the United States.
