yup, aptasia... bad. (get rid of it now while there is just the one - squirt with vinegar or joe's juice or kalk but don't try to pull it off)

Bugs look like amphipods.
White spirals are spirorbid worms.
Both are beneficial.

Yep. I've never used vinegar to kill them, but the lemon/lime paste works very well for me. The paste is thick so the average insulin hypodemic won't pull it in. I use veterinary hypodermics from a farm supply.
